Whilst originally a ‘city girl’ who could barely tell a cow from a sheep I have had extensive training and experience in preparing farm accounts and have an excellent relationship with many people in the farming community.
I understand some of the more unique complexities surrounding this ever-changing industry and endeavour to keep up to speed with current issues by attending seminars and reading both local and national agricultural supplements as well as chatting to farmers and their families to find out what is really going on.
As I do not have to keep set office hours, I can be flexible with regard to appointments to fit in around busy periods such as lambing, calving, TB-testing and harvesting and those other farming emergencies that crop up from time to time.

I have experience of Sage, Quickbooks, Money Manager and XERO as well as spreadsheets and manual cash-books.
